飯店客房內及公共區域全面禁煙

致親愛的貴賓：

依政府菸害防制法第 31 條規定，本館及客房全面禁菸，若違反規定可處新臺幣貳千元至壹萬元罰鍰。如經飯店發現於客房或館內抽菸之貴賓，將酌收清潔費（總裁套房及連通房1萬元 / 其他房型5千元），若造成設備毀損，除收清潔費之外並須造價賠償。

如貴賓有吸菸需求，飯店大門靠景觀池旁設有指定吸煙區。

Smoking Policy Notice

In accordance with Article 31 of Taiwan’s Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel premises, including all guest rooms and public areas. Violators may be subject to a statutory fine ranging from NTD 2,000 to NTD 10,000.

If smoking is detected in guest rooms or within the hotel, the hotel will impose the following cleaning fees, in addition to complying with relevant legal procedures:

Presidential Suite & Connecting Rooms: NTD 10,000

All Other Room Types: NTD 5,000

Should any damage to furniture, equipment, or facilities occur as a result of smoking, guests shall be responsible for all repair or replacement costs in addition to the cleaning fee.

Guests who wish to smoke are requested to use the designated smoking area located near the hotel entrance beside the scenic pool.

禁煙に関する法令告知

台湾「菸害防制法」第31条に基づき、当ホテルは館内全域（すべての客室および共用エリア）を全面禁煙としています。違反した場合、法律により 新台湾ドル2,000元～10,000元 の罰金が科されることがあります。

客室内または館内での喫煙が確認された場合、関係法令に基づく対応に加え、以下の清掃費を申し受けます。

総裁スイートルーム・コネクティングルーム：10,000元

その他の客室タイプ：5,000元

喫煙により備品・設備等に損傷が生じた場合、清掃費とは別に、修理または交換に要する実費をご負担いただきます。
